ORDERING INFORMATION:
The commission is digital art. You receive the final version of the art via your personal Google Drive folder, by email or any other convenient way
You receive the art in png format unless you ask me to add other formats
PAYMENT:
I will receive full payment before starting the commission
CANCELLATION:
You can ask for the commission to be cancelled, however, if it has already started, I will keep a percentage of the payment of at least 40%.
There are no refunds after the commission is completed.
DEADLINE AND COMMISSION PROCESS:
Be honest in our discussions about the commission
The lead time varies from 5 days to 45 days. The ordering time depends on the speed of your response and my personal schedule. If I have to extend the deadline I will inform you as a customer
The execution time may increase depending on the complexity and scale of the commission
Edits during the commission creation process are allowed. You can make adjustments when the stage of the process is sent (the stage of the sketch, line, or basic colors). But major edits in the final stages of the art will be refused without additional payment.
ARTIST'S RIGHT TO ART:
You cannot sell commissioned art
You cannot pass off commissioned art as having been created by you
You cannot use the commissioned art for commercial purposes unless this has been agreed with me
All art will include a signature that you may not remove
I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork on other sites
